Gujarat HC Disposes PIL on 'Religious Profiling' of Students - (10 May 2019)

Gujarat High Court disposed off PIL alleging that the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board is carrying out 'religious profiling' of Muslim candidates appearing for class X and XII examinations after being satisfied that allegations against the board were baseless and ill-founded.
