Supreme Court: Unilateral Addition To Contract By Arbitral Tribunal Violates Basic Notions Of Justice - (09 May 2019)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court has set aside an arbitral award on the grounds of it being in conflict with "most basic notions of justice" and thereby conflicting with "public policy of India"
