Supreme Court: Corporates Appear to Have Penetrated Judiciary to Manipulate Court Orders - (09 May 2019)

Supreme Court expressed “shock” at how the Court order was changed in an instance where a direction to six suppliers of Amrapali to appear before the SC appointed forensic auditor Pavan Agarwal was given and that they appeared before some other auditor.
