SC Seeks Senior Lawyer's Response on Foreign Funds Receipt as ASG - (09 May 2019)

Supreme Court has sought the Centre's response to a PIL seeking a SIT probe into alleged receipt of foreign funds by senior advocate Indira Jaising when she was holding the "sensitive post of additional solicitor general" during the UPA regime from 2009 to 2014.
