SC: Statutory Appeal Can Be Filed Even If Application To Set Aside Ex-Parte Decree Is Dismissed - (08 May 2019)

Supreme Court has noted that “Only in cases where the Defendant has adopted dilatory tactics or where there is lack of bonafide in pursuing the two remedies consecutively, the Court may decline to condone the delay in filing the first appeal."
