Supreme Court Clears the Road for Coastal Road Work - (07 May 2019)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has modified the Bombay High Court order and permitted L&T, the HCC-HDC joint venture, and others involved in the execution of the coastal road project to continue with the work, which has already commenced, but not to undertake any fresh work.
