NCLT Allahabad Extends Resolution Time for Jaypee Infratech - (07 May 2019)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad has directed that the corporate insolvency resolution process in the Jaypee Infratech matter continue until May 21, the next date of hearing.
