SC Acquits Few Men Convicted of Arson, Violence in 1984 Anti-Sikh Riots Case - (01 May 2019)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has acquitted few out of many men who were awarded five-year jail terms by Delhi High Court for offences of rioting, burning houses and violation of curfew during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots.
