Delhi High Court Restrains Audi From Using Brand Name ‘TT’ in India - (12 Aug 2015)

Delhi High court has issued an ex parte interim injunction restraining Audi from using name ‘TT’ as a brand name for its goods in India, ater TT Industries proprietor Rikab Chand Jain filed a petition alleging that German firm was violating its internationally known trademark.
