Madras HC Curtails Powers of Puducherry LG - (30 Apr 2019)

Madras High Court has struck down Union Home Ministry's clarification order, giving Lt. Governor of Puducherry, Kiran Bedi, administrative power and observed that LG does not have power to interfere in day-to-day activities of the union territory.
