Flat Purchasers Can't be Made to Wait For 'Inordinate' Time Period for Possession: NCDRC - (30 Apr 2019)

National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission has reaffirmed Supreme Court's decision in which Supreme Court has observed that the flat purchasers cannot be made to wait for inordinate period of time hoping to seek possession.
