Bank Employee Working in its Legal Branch Ineligible to Become Judge: Gujarat HC - (30 Apr 2019)

CRIMINAL

Gujarat High Court has dismissed a plea of a 'banker' who aspired to become a judicial officer and observed that a bank employee, could not be treated as employee working in the 'allied department' within the meaning of rules.
