Police Attack on Howrah Lawyers: Court Premises are to be Insulated from All Intrusions: Calcutta HC - (30 Apr 2019)

CRIMINAL

Calcutta High Court has taken suo motu cognizance of the brutal police assault on lawyers in Howrah n Court premise and also observed that Court premises are locations which are to be insulated from all sorts of intrusions, except as authorised by law.
