SC: Landholder's Right to Fair Compensation Cannot be Compromised, Being a Part of Human Rights - (07 Dec 2015)

Supreme Court has held that a landholder’s right to be fairly compensated for his land acquired by the government cannot be compromised as right to property, as has long been recognized as a human right.
