NCLT Orders Liquidation of ABG Shipyard - (29 Apr 2019)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has ordered liquidation of ABG Shipyard despite protests from sole bidder Liberty House that claimed its offer for the company exceeded its liquidation value.
