Madras HC Sentences Man to 3 Months Imprisonment for Using Foul Language Against Magistrate - (29 Apr 2019)

CRIMINAL

Madras High Court has sentenced a man to three months of simple imprisonment for using foul language against a judicial magistrate in a representation and casting aspersions on a sessions judge.
