Release Under Probation Doesn't Entitle Employee to Claim Right to Continue in Service: SC - (29 Apr 2019)

SERVICE

Supreme Court has held that release under probation does not entitle an employee to claim a right to continue in service and also observed that employer is under an obligation to discontinue the services of an employee convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude.
