'It's the Last Opportunity': SC Orders RBI to Disclose Annual Inspection Reports of Banks Under RTI - (26 Apr 2019)

Warning that any future violation of RTI would be viewed “seriously”, the court asked RBI to review its policy on disclosure of information under the transparency law.
