NGT Announces Rs 5,000 Fine on Using Plastic in Chandigarh - (07 Dec 2015)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) in order to make the city pollution-free, has announced a fine of Rs 5,000 on anyone found using or dealing with plastic material in Chandigarh.
