Gujarat HC Refers Subsidised Rates Allotment of Plots Case Involving Judges to Larger Bench - (12 Aug 2015)

Gujarat High Court has referred case dealing with allotment of residential plots to judges by Gujarat Government in a posh locality at subsidised rates to a larger bench.
