Justice NV Ramana Explains Why He Recused Himself From SC Panel Probing Charges Against CJI Gogoi - (26 Apr 2019)

The complainant, who is supposed to appear before the panel on Friday, had objected to his presence on the ground that he is a close friend of CJI Ranjan Gogoi and a regular visitor to his house.
