SC: Justice A K Patnaik to Enquire Conspiracy by Fixers to Target CJI Gogoi - (25 Apr 2019)

Three Judge Bench of Supreme Court has ordered that former SC judge Justice A K Patnaik will hold enquiry regarding alleged conspiracy by fixers and disgruntled employees against CJI Ranjan Gogoi.
