SC: Strong Suspicion for Framing Charges must based on Materials Which Can Be Translated to Evidence - (25 Apr 2019)

Supreme Court has observed that a strong suspicion would suffice at the stage of framing charge against the accused if the same has been founded on some material which can be translated into evidence at the stage of trial.
