Delhi HC: DDA Doesn't Have Power to Punish Citizen Without Any Legal Sanction - (25 Apr 2019)

Delhi High Court has held that Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is not empowered to punish a citizen just because it is perceived that he/she tried to defraud them.
