P&H HC Asks NCLT to Hear Out Bhushan Power Promoters - (24 Apr 2019)

INSOLVENCY

Punjab and Haryana High Court has asked National Company Law Tribunal to hear promoters of Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd. who claimed that lenders did not provide them with details of a resolution plan involving JSW Steel’s offer for company.
