Delhi High Court Adjourns Anti-Corruption Branch’s (ACB) Power Case - (12 Aug 2015)

Delhi High Court has adjourned hearing on cases related to conflict between Aam Aadmi Party Government in Delhi and Centre over powers of ACB and authority of Lt-Governor Najeeb Jung to appoint senior officials.
