IBBI is Competent Body to Act Against Resolution Professionals: NCLAT - (22 Apr 2019)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has said that Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) will be competent authority and not National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) to act against any resolution professional (RP) for dereliction of duty.
