Children of Intercaste Union can Take on Mother’s Caste: Bombay HC - (22 Apr 2019)

Bombay High Court has held that children from intercaste marriages can take on their mother’s caste and also said that society must give up ‘ancient’ notions of gender discrimination and instead, treat women and men equally.
