Karnataka HC Dismisses KSAT Chairman's Plea Claiming Salary Equivalent to HC CJ - (19 Apr 2019)

Karnataka High Court has dismissed a petition filed by its former Judge Justice K Bhakthavatsala, who is presently, Chairman of Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal (KSAT), claiming that he is entitled to a salary equivalent to that of Chief Justice of High Court.
