ITAT Slams Tax Dept. for Negligence in Maintaining Records - (19 Apr 2019)

DIRECT TAXATION

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Pune bench has criticised income tax department for its negligence in keeping records while granting Section 12A of Income Tax Act registration to a Trust.
