Delhi HC Orders Justdial to Remove Mark of PVR Cinemas from its App & Websites - (18 Apr 2019)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has asked Justdial to restrain from using registered mark of PVR or any deceptive variant thereof which is identical or similar to PVR in respect of meta-tags in any manner.
