Bombay HC Imposes Cost of Rs. 25,000 on Petitioner Challenging Municipal Tax on Mobile Towers - (17 Apr 2019)

Bombay High Court has imposed a cost of Rs.25,000 on GTL Infrastructure Limited, a petitioner challenging demand notices issued with respect to municipal taxes on mobile towers.
