Delhi HC Asks CBDT to Consider No Tax on Accident Claims - (17 Apr 2019)

Delhi High Court has asked Central Board of Direct Taxation (CBDT) to consider tweaking practice of claiming tax on interest accrued upon compensation awarded to Motor Accident Claim Tribunal.
