SC Denies Interim Payment of Compensatory Tariff to Adani - (04 Dec 2015)

Supreme Court has declined to direct Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd (GUVNL) to pay Adani Power Ltd (APL) compensatory tariff while the main case was pending in the court.
