SC Expresses Satisfaction Over EC Action Against Politicians Giving Hate Speeches - (17 Apr 2019)

ELECTION

Supreme Court has expressed satisfaction over swift action by Election Commission against various politicians, including Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and BSP supremo Mayawati, for their alleged communal speeches during campaigning saying poll panel has now "woken up to its powers".
