Delhi HC Allows Para-Athlete with Muscular Dystrophy to Continue with Stem Cell Therapy - (17 Apr 2019)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has granted interim relief to a para-athlete, suffering muscular degeneration, to continue with stem cell treatment which was stopped by following new rules that only licensed companies or clinics to provide it.
