Staff of Private Aided Schools can’t be Appointed for Election Duty: Bombay HC - (16 Apr 2019)

ELECTION

Bombay High Court has held that People's Representation Act, 1950, does not empower Election Commission (EC) or any of its officers to requisition services of teaching and non-teaching staff in private aided schools for election duty.
