Lenders Having Vested Interest in Debtor shouldn’t be Part of Creditors’ Panel: NCLT - (15 Apr 2019)

INSOLVENCY

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai Bench has held that a party having a vested interest /relation with a corporate debtor should not be a part of the Committee of Creditors (CoC).
