Air India to Pay Rs. 2 Lakh to Couple for Delay in Flight: NCDRC - (12 Apr 2019)

CONSUMER

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has directed airlines to pay Rs. 2 lakh, along with interest, to West Bengal-resident for not accommodating them in an alternative flight from Kolkata to enable them to reach New Delhi in time to catch connecting flight to New York.
