What Are the Secret Rafale Deal Papers That the Govt Did Not Want Supreme Court to Examine - (12 Apr 2019)

A bench headed by the CJI has decided that the apex court would go ahead with the hearing of the review petitions in the light of new documents cited by petitioners alleging wrong-doing in the Rafale deal.
