SC Bats for Press Freedom, Says No Law Gives Govt Power to Stop Publication of ‘Secret’ Rafale Papers - (12 Apr 2019)

While the Attorney General had argued that these news reports and the illegally obtained documents cannot be taken on record, the SC held that "the right of such publication would seem to be in consonance with the constitutional guarantee of freedom of speech".
