Qualification & Registration Doesn't Ipso Facto Imply That Person Practices As Advocate: Delhi HC - (10 Apr 2019)

Delhi High Court has observed that mere fact that a person is qualified and registered as an advocate does not ipso facto imply that the person is practicing as an advocate and is earning.
