Section 50C can’t be Applied When Property Sold Under Pressure: ITAT - (05 Apr 2019)

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Chennai bench has held that the provisions of Section 50C of the Income Tax Act, 1961 cannot be applied when the property in question was sold under pressure.
