Commissioner of Customs can Recover Movable and Immovable Properties of Defaulters: CESTAT - (05 Apr 2019)

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Mumbai bench has held that Commissioner of Customs has the power to recover both movable and immovable properties of the defaulters.
