Kerala HC Says There is No Law to Regulate Private Detective Agencies - (03 Dec 2015)

Kerala HC on petition filed by SP Sunil Jacob, seeking order restraining Ernakulam Range IG from initiating action against him, including raids in private investigation agency he runs as well as his house, has said that there is no legislation to control/regulate private detective agencies.
