Delhi HC Stays Order on Letting Private Schools Hike Fees - (04 Apr 2019)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has put an interim stay, till April 8, on a single-judge bench's order allowing private unaided schools in city to hike their fees to implement recommendations of Seventh Central Pay Commission on salaries of teachers and other employees.
