Karnataka HC Allows Revisal of GST TRAN-1 for Non-Technical Errors - (03 Apr 2019)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Karnataka High Court has directed petitioner to approach jurisdictional nodal officer to revise GST TRAN-1 for non-technical errors and also directed Nodal Officer to consider grievances of petitioner within four weeks after providing an opportunity of hearing to petitioner.
