Bombay HC Refuses Relief for Nirav Modi firm in I-T Dept’s Painting Auction - (02 Apr 2019)

Bombay High Court has refused to grant any relief to diamantaire Nirav Modi’s company Camelot Enterprises which had challenged auction by Income Tax Department of some paintings and artwork belonging to firm.
