FIR Delay May be Condoned if Complainant Appears to be Reliable and Without Motive: SC - (02 Apr 2019)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has reiterated that the delay in lodging FIR can be condoned if the complainant appears to be reliable and without any motive for implicating the accused falsely.
