Allahabad HC Says Farmers’ Plea Seeking Return of Land Cannot be a PIL - (03 Dec 2015)

Allahabad High Court dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking return of land to farmers from nine villages in Varanasi district on the ground that such issues could not be dealt with under a PIL.
